A haven of tranquility and calm, this 62 square metre beach flat on the first floor is situated in the heart of whale watching paradise. Fully furnished and equipped, it sleeps 7 people and includes an open plan kitchen/lounge area with a 2 plate stove with oven, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge with deepfreeze, a safe for valuable belongings and an empty cupboard for your groceries.

The kitchen also has necessary stoves etc. in case of electricity failures. In the main bedroom (not sea facing) is a king size bed with hot blankets in winter as well as a fan and TV. A separate small toilet with hand basin and a bathroom with only a shower.

The shower is also a bath for small kids. The second bedroom is a sea facing openplan bedroom to the lounge area with a double bed and 3 steeple beds. The lounge area faces right on the sea with inside braai, MP 3 player, radio and TV with DSTV with your own decoder and smart card. SABC 1, 2, 3 and E-TV always available without decoder. A sliding door opens on a large deck with braai drum right on the sea.

Want to relax and enjoy some time away from your busy schedule? Stroll along the tranquil beaches or enjoy the unspoilt Breede River mouth which is famous for its fishing, bird and whale watching. Sip sundowners on the deck overlooking the incoming tide or relax around the fireplace with a steaming mug of hot chocolate. Your host will pay your visitors fees for bowls for your first game.
